What you'll do

• Identify wheat varieties and make products to customer specifications
• monitor equipment and detect malfunctions
• assist with mill problem resolution and equipment maintenance
• inspect and maintain sifters and purifiers
• examine products for quality
• clean and lubricate equipment
• verify product mix and weight
• transfer finished products to load out on schedule
• conduct laboratory analyses and record results.
