What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and vendors

• monitor facility access
• receive and direct calls
• communicate visitor arrivals and deliveries to site contacts
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity or security concerns.
