MRO Buyer/Planner

What you'll do

• Negotiate costs and terms while balancing quality, supplier reliability, and delivery. Monitor inventory and initiate purchase requests
• maintain item and vendor information in ERP systems and QuickBooks
• issue purchase orders
• receive and record items
• notify requestors
• support MRO and raw-material purchasing
• conduct daily raw-material inventory counts and submit reports to Accounting.
