What you'll do

• Oversee daily property operations within the approved budget and company directives
• manage leasing and rent collection and authorize corrective or legal action as needed
• maintain documentation for legal actions
• review financial statements and work with onsite staff on corrective measures
• oversee contracts and purchases and approve invoices
• support marketing strategies and maintain advertising records
• inspect buildings, grounds, and unit turnover
• monitor office procedures and workflows
• ensure required inspections, permits, and licenses
• address safety concerns
• coordinate purchasing and service opportunities
• hire, train, supervise, and support onsite staff
• monitor rental activity and market conditions and recommend pricing or marketing adjustments.
