• Own accounting for development projects through construction
• oversee monthly close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations
• oversee accounts payable processing and controls
• support financial reporting, cost analysis, budgets, cash forecasts, and ad hoc reports
• coordinate with Development
• support external audits and process improvements.
