Service & Parts Coordinator — Machinery Tools

The Service & Parts Coordinator role is onsite in Elk Grove Village, IL, with compensation of $50,000–$70,000 per year. The position supports SB Machine Tools’ service and parts operations, initially with a significant focus on the Panda Restaurant Group service program. The coordinator manages service requests, parts, documentation, and service-related billing from intake through follow-up. This work helps customers and vendors stay coordinated and supports accurate, timely service delivery across the operation.

What you'll do

• Coordinate service requests, customer and vendor communication, scheduling, status follow-up, service reports, and invoices
• process ServiceChannel work orders, proposals, invoices, approvals, and completion documentation
• maintain parts inventory and warranty-part tracking
• prepare and ship service and refurbishment parts
• review service records
• support invoicing, payment processing, vendor setup, and Accounting coordination
• respond to customer and vendor inquiries by phone and email.
