What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests, answer questions, and promote offers and loyalty programs
• process purchases and returns through the POS system
• maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising
• complete omnichannel orders
• control inventory and help prevent loss
• count, balance, and reconcile transactions
• complete closeout paperwork and bank deposits
• check shipments and process recalls and stock pulls
• supervise and delegate to Sales Associates when management is absent
• follow opening and closing procedures and provide feedback to management.
