What you'll do

• Greet and direct members, guests, and staff
• assist with member requests and questions about gym operations and policies
• generate sales through walk-ins, employee outreach, and promotions
• maintain prospect records and follow up using established sales systems
• conduct gym tours and telephone inquiries
• maintain referral activity and knowledge of pricing, promotions, facilities, and policies
• attend sales and scheduled meetings.
