What you'll do

• Hire and develop build reliability, inspection, and supplier quality personnel
• improve non-conformance, supplier evaluation, and process-control systems
• collaborate with manufacturing and engineering on quality plans
• support lean manufacturing and testing
• investigate failures and lead containment and corrective actions
• implement design and build change control
• work with suppliers on quality metrics and corrective actions
• report production reliability metrics.
