What you'll do
- Lead a portfolio of commercial HVAC, plumbing, piping, and sheet metal projects
- manage budgets, forecasts, schedule of values, billing, and margin
- drive buyout, procurement, and subcontract negotiations
- manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and claims
- mentor project staff
- coordinate with general contractors, owners, and engineers
- oversee MEP coordination using Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit MEP
- champion jobsite safety and quality.
