• Uphold merchandising standards including floor sets, signage, and inventory replenishment.
• Contribute to 30-60-90 day business plans.
• Communicate departmental goals and assign workload to maximize efficiency.
• Lead team sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Enforce safety and loss prevention policies.
