What you'll do

• Build and maintain customer relationships
• assist with insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing questions
• identify customer needs and explain insurance options
• make outbound calls, including some cold calls, to generate opportunities and schedule appointments
• follow up on leads and referrals
• support agency growth through sales conversations.
