What you'll do

• Respond to Rapid Response Team calls
• assess patients and coordinate care, interventions, and follow-up
• communicate with medical and nursing staff and other departments
• document assessments, interventions, and outcomes using SBAR
• develop and implement RRT practice guidelines
• collect, monitor, and analyze RRT and patient-code data
• educate patients, families, and staff
• identify improvement opportunities and monitor near-miss events.
