What you'll do

• Receive and process patient health information requests
• safeguard confidential information and apply medical privacy regulations
• manage and assemble patient records
• create digital images of paperwork
• retrieve and transmit records appropriately
• answer inbound and outbound calls
• meet site productivity expectations. Patient walk-ins and administrative tasks may be part of the work.
