What you'll do

• Oversee site-civil projects from concept through final design and construction administration
• review and approve designs, calculations, plans, specifications, estimates, and construction documents
• build client relationships
• lead or support pursuits, proposals, and interviews
• mentor engineers, project managers, and designers
• collaborate on growth initiatives, resource planning, financial performance, and operational improvements.
