This role exists to strategically drive business output, profitability, and guest satisfaction. The director contributes to the organization by managing budgets, forecasting, and developing high-performing teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and service.

What you'll do

• Provide complete oversight of all food and beverage functions, programs, and operational performance.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial objectives.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of department staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
• Drive continuous process improvement and maintain positive working relationships across the lodge.
