The Tax Associate – TurboTax Store role is an onsite position based in Staten Island, NY. 50 - $36.00 per year, and this role supports Intuit’s mission of powering prosperity by providing expert tax services to local community members. This role exists to provide comprehensive tax preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers. The associate acts as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex tax situations while building long-term relationships and driving local engagement for the TurboTax brand.

What you'll do

• Provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations including business income and deductions.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews.
• Engage with new prospects and nurture leads.
• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Utilize tax software and CRM tools to manage client portfolios.
