What you'll do

• Direct nursing staff functions in accordance with long-term care rules and guidelines
• complete reports, evaluations, charting, IV therapy, discharge planning, and incident reports as needed
• collaborate on resident care and treatment
• monitor care and resident needs
• ensure staff follow policies and attend education events
• coordinate admissions and transfers
• conduct rounds and report changes in resident condition.
