What you'll do
- Manage and develop property management staff
- maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, investment partners, and senior leadership
- review and approve material service and construction contracts and annual operating and capital budgets
- monitor operational and financial metrics
- manage regional and national vendor relationships
- enforce policies
- champion cross-departmental initiatives
- develop departmental policies and procedures with the SVP
- lead due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, and refinances
- identify operational and financial efficiencies.
