What you'll do

• Communicate with customers about pricing, specifications, quality, availability, delivery, and order status
• prepare requests for quotations and evaluate supplier quotes
• create and maintain supplier purchase orders
• monitor inventory and supplier delivery performance
• maintain purchasing records
• coordinate export shipments and commercial invoices
• resolve order issues with customers, suppliers, accounting, quality, and freight forwarders
• provide customer updates.
