What you'll do

• Work at the front desk at least 20 hours per week, 10 hours per clinic
• oversee two or more clinics and General Managers
• support staffing, training, and employee development
• execute company initiatives
• monitor performance goals and KPIs
• address member concerns
• ensure supplies, schedules, security, payroll, and compliance processes are maintained.
