The Infant/Toddler Assistant Teacher role is onsite in Chantilly, VA. Pay is $17–$20 per hour. Accurate daily notes and respectful communication help families and school leadership stay informed and support smooth classroom operations.

What you'll do

• Support feeding, diapering or toileting, nap supervision, and transitions
• actively supervise children and anticipate safety risks
• maintain clean and sanitary classroom standards
• comfort children and support social-emotional development
• assist with age-appropriate music, sensory, language, and motor activities
• record meals, naps, diapers, moods, and needs
• communicate with families and leadership
• support classroom ratios and coverage as needed.
