What you'll do

• Source, recruit, and hire candidates for cyber and IT roles in federal contracting and the Intelligence Community
• manage requisitions, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding
• build pipelines for cybersecurity, cloud computing, and network security roles
• collaborate with hiring managers and program leads
• ensure compliance with government regulations and internal policies
• maintain applicant status in the ATS
• track talent-market and regulatory trends.
