What you'll do

• Provide tours to prospective residents
• answer calls and emails
• collect and submit documentation for lease renewals and move-ins
• maintain property curb appeal
• process move-out charges and paperwork
• obtain bids for property expenditures
• learn software programs
• collect rent, deposits, and application fees
• prepare deposits
• meet with staff to coordinate work and objectives.
