What you'll do

• Greet and qualify prospects
• record visits
• show apartments and explain features
• process applications and deposits in accordance with company procedures and Fair Housing requirements
• update availability and process approvals
• prepare move-in paperwork and orient residents
• assist with renewals
• accept rental payments
• maintain leases, files, and records
• respond to resident concerns and coordinate maintenance follow-up
• support resident events and community upkeep.
