What you'll do

• Provide sales support to Wealth Relationship Managers
• support banking services for assigned portfolios
• respond to client calls and transactional inquiries when the manager is absent
• route clients to appropriate channels
• prepare sales documents and manage data entry and reports
• coordinate purchase-process requirements
• contact clients regarding accounts under a registered representative’s direction
• enter trade orders and open accounts at the registered representative’s direction.
