What you'll do

• Monitoring, interpreting, and documenting cardiac rhythms, and alerting nurses immediately to changes that may impact patient care.
• Managing telemetry setup, lead placement, equipment upkeep, and inventory to ensure continuous, accurate monitoring.
• Preparing and analyzing rhythm strips, updating logs, and maintaining patient monitoring records in line with hospital policies.
• Guiding and mentoring telemetry staff by leading training, onboarding, and sharing updates on new tools or processes.
• Enhancing patient safety by clearly communicating changes in rhythm, alarms, or signal issues.
