What you'll do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for core multi-studio capabilities
• define how enterprise and franchise locations are modeled and managed
• lead cross-studio data relationships, synchronization, and inheritance
• develop site-to-site navigation and corporate-facing experiences
• establish permissions and access-control models
• own requirements for franchise fees, reciprocity fees, revenue splits, and transfers
• ensure financial workflows are accurate, auditable, and resilient
• modernize legacy infrastructure while managing migration and continuity risks
• partner with Engineering, Design, Solutions Architecture, Customer Experience, Payments, customers, and stakeholders
• define success metrics and monitor platform health.
