What you'll do

• Own data-annotation projects end to end and translate AI/ML requirements into clear workflows and instructions
• design and refine annotation processes, audit results, and build feedback loops to improve data quality
• advise clients on human-annotation workflows and implementation
• partner with product and engineering to improve AI training-data tools and methods
• manage workflow execution in ways that support strategic account health, renewals, and expansion.
