The role exists to lead staff and develop varied facility-based and community activities that participants can choose from, supporting meaningful daily experiences, community connections, and high-quality services.

What you'll do

• Supervise the Activities Coordinator and assigned Direct Support Professionals
• interview, hire, and train staff
• develop and monitor monthly activity calendars across five domains
• research community events and resources
• maintain community partner and activity records
• build community relationships
• coordinate with Workforce Development
• provide direct care as needed, including transportation
• support management-team training and vehicle training.
