What you'll do

• Manage orders, inventory, and materials from approved vendors
• set safety stock levels
• verify purchase requisitions
• manage customer purchase order entry
• coordinate shipping and receiving
• support production scheduling and capacity planning
• validate inventory
• monitor KPIs and supplier delivery
• control outbound freight costs
• maintain bills of materials and work orders
• coordinate material shortages and shipment inspections
• improve processes across departments.
