Director of Affordable Housing

The director leads business development and project pursuits, building relationships and identifying opportunities across the region. What you'll do

• Lead business development and identify regional affordable housing opportunities
• develop and maintain relationships with developers, housing authorities, public agencies, designers, consultants, and community partners
• build and manage a prospective project pipeline
• monitor market trends, funding, procurement, and developments
• lead RFQ/RFP responses with estimating, preconstruction, operations, and marketing teams
• develop pursuit strategies, proposals, and client presentations
• and update leadership on business development activity and upcoming pursuits.
