What you'll do

• Organize crew assignments, equipment, and materials
• participate in pre-project and pre-task planning and relay details to the field crew
• check plants and order asphalt patching materials and coordinate concrete patching material orders
• supervise and train crew members
• inspect work for quality
• perform general labor and operate equipment
• resolve problems or contact the Superintendent
• complete electronic paperwork accurately and on time
• follow safety rules and use required PPE.
