What you'll do

• Lead daily housekeeping operations for guestrooms, public areas, and laundry if applicable
• hire, train, coach, and schedule team members
• maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
• inspect rooms and public areas
• manage labor, productivity, and staffing
• oversee inventory, ordering, supplies, and linens
• coordinate with front office and maintenance on room turns and recovery
• monitor guest feedback
• ensure OSHA and chemical-handling compliance
• maintain department logs and checklists.

Why this role
