Field Technician Level 3

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor Level 1 and 2 technicians
• oversee site preparation, material handling, installation, dismantling, and site restoration
• perform and lead hardware, software, power, and fiber-optic installations
• conduct optical, power, and network-element testing and troubleshoot issues
• manage logistics, track job costs, and support deadlines
• interpret technical documentation and carrier standards
• coordinate stakeholders and lead site teams
• perform daily Job Safety Analysis and follow safety protocols.
