The Registered Nurse (RN) — 12-Hour Shifts role is onsite in Coudersport, PA. Compensation is $35 or more per hour depending on experience, plus shift differentials. The nurse supports resident care at HCF of Sweden Valley. The RN administers resident care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and/or a physician, helping maintain the highest level of resident care through treatment, assessment, documentation, and care-plan support.

What you'll do

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• follow State Board of Nursing scope of practice and HCF policies
• supervise and evaluate personnel, with suspension authority under HCF policy
• document care accurately
• assist with and follow resident care plans
• observe, assess, and report abnormal findings or changes in condition
• follow infection-control and safety practices.
