What you'll do

• Maintain hot and cold food temperatures
• follow recipes and written or verbal instructions
• break down carts and remove tray scraps
• assemble and deliver late trays, supplements, and special requests
• portion and garnish food according to menus and diet instructions
• assemble trays on schedule
• assist patients with menus
• clean and sanitize assigned areas.
