What you'll do

• Manage customer accounts to ship materials on time
• create bills of lading and shipping labels using SAP
• communicate with transportation, dispatch, and internal contacts
• maintain account shipping schedules
• answer and direct calls and take messages
• greet visitors
• perform routine logging, recording, and filing
• document information promptly and clearly.
