What you'll do

• Respond to inbound leads by phone, email, and LinkedIn within defined service levels, including a five-minute response during business hours and at least seven touchpoints in the first week of a lead’s lifecycle.
• Qualify prospects using a structured discovery framework, book qualified meetings for Account Executives, explain product value, maintain CRM records, collaborate with Marketing and Sales to improve lead quality and conversion, and meet or exceed monthly meeting and pipeline targets.
