The Overnight Caregiver – Third Shift role is onsite in Chattanooga, TN, with compensation of $14–$17 per hour. HomeWell Care Services of Chattanooga provides overnight care for seniors in a one-on-one setting. The caregiver remains awake and attentive to help clients stay safe and comfortable overnight. The role supports clients’ dignity, privacy, safety, independence, choices, and quality of life through supervision, reassurance, care-plan tasks, and communication with management.

What you'll do

• Maintain awake supervision throughout the shift
• assist with nighttime mobility, transfers, and bathroom visits
• provide reassurance and companionship
• complete designated light housekeeping and morning preparation tasks as defined by the client’s care plan
• document overnight observations
• and communicate early-morning client updates to management.
