Construction Project Coordinator

Job overview

What you'll do

• Maintain project files for active builds, including contracts, change orders, permits, selections, invoices, photos, and warranties
• prepare paperwork for field project managers
• update project management software with logs, tasks, schedules, budgets, and documents
• track permits, inspections, orders, and deliveries
• schedule subcontractors, inspections, and homeowner meetings
• provide homeowners with written updates
• maintain project checklists, templates, and trackers.
