Staff Engineer, HBM Component Validation

The role translates product architecture and development intent into validation coverage, executes and analyzes validation runs, and leads debug and failure analysis. This work helps identify product risks and support a zero-escape validation goal in collaboration with Micron’s global validation organization.

What you'll do

• Develop verification scope and test cases from DRAM and HBM architecture
• validate new and high-risk features with design validation and systems engineering. Review specifications, schematics, and datasheets
• debug circuit blueprints and electrical failures
• perform root-cause analysis
• and apply Python, C/C++, Verilog, and UVM automation and simulation tools. Use enterprise AI tools to accelerate engineering work.
