What you'll do

• Lead security and guest services teams
• oversee event coordinators, house management, volunteer ushers, and event merchandise
• manage front-of-house operations and guest concerns
• develop and track the customer experience survey program
• lead accessibility initiatives
• oversee parking and valet operations and third-party operator arrangements
• develop budgets, staffing plans, and operating procedures
• coordinate event delivery with internal departments and external stakeholders.
