- General Hematology - Oncology cases Practice Setting: Outpatient Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Aria/Cerner Certifications Required: Board Certification Licensure Required: Already active Pennsylvania license highly preferred
- Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) accepted
