Special Education Teacher

The Special Education Teacher role is onsite in Clayton, North Carolina, for the school year. Compensation is $42–$47 per hour. What you'll do

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs
• provide differentiated instruction in one-on-one, small-group, and inclusive classroom settings
• adapt lesson plans and curriculum
• assess and monitor student progress
• collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff
• participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and parent-teacher conferences
• maintain records in compliance with North Carolina and IDEA requirements
• implement behavioral intervention plans and classroom management strategies.
