• Build and grow a financial services practice by developing client relationships

• participate in training, coaching, and mentorship
• use digital sales, prospecting, and marketing tools
• meet performance, production, and licensing requirements
• upon qualifying for Associate Partner, learn to recruit, coach, and develop a team.
