Mail Insert Operator

Job overview

The Mail Insert Operator works onsite in Downers Grove, IL, Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Pay is $17.50–$22.00 per hour, with quarterly bonus opportunities. InfoSend provides print, mail, and digital communication services for organizations sending bills, statements, and other essential communications. The operator prepares customer mailings by running inserting equipment, following job specifications, and checking quality. Accurate production and USPS-compliant preparation help clients deliver their communications correctly and on time.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate Bell and Howell and Pitney Bowes inserting equipment
• prepare customer mail projects for insertion and fulfillment
• follow job instructions for materials, counts, and setup
• perform production quality checks
• sort, tray, and prepare mail according to USPS requirements
• monitor equipment and assist with basic troubleshooting and maintenance
• complete production and quality documentation
• assist with other production activities and cross-training as needed.
