The Remediation/Mitigation Technician Lead role is onsite in Pearl City, HI, serving job sites across Oahu. What you'll do

• Supervise jobs to ensure quality service and work
• work with the Production Manager to manage and train technicians and assistants
• assess property damage, write job scopes, and prepare and present estimates when needed
• complete jobs on time and submit paperwork promptly
• follow industry standards for water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire and biohazard restoration
• transport, set up, and remove equipment at island job sites
• prepare vans
• maintain and clean equipment and warehouse
• communicate with customers
• take and upload photos and notes.
