What you'll do

• Review arrivals, VIP reservations, room availability, and departures
• manage front office occupancy, revenue, and staffing
• communicate shift information
• supervise, coach, and mentor front desk agents
• oversee guest registration and checkout
• resolve guest concerns
• conduct meetings, training, audits, and performance reviews
• coordinate overnight maintenance and housekeeping requests
• handle emergency situations and reporting.
