What you'll do

• Investigate and report incidents and accidents
• coordinate with law enforcement, fire services, and insurance agencies
• hire, schedule, train, coach, and manage security staff
• develop and monitor safety, security, and emergency procedures
• arrange staff training in first aid, CPR, fire prevention, and emergency procedures
• manage the security budget
• monitor maintenance of safety equipment.
